• Three Lotus Massage and Wellness enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy, requiring a credit card to be on file for all appointments. If you need to reschedule, shorten, or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee to your credit card on file. This policy also applies to no-shows, same-day appointments, and clients using gift certificates. If this should happen, you give Three Lotus Massage and Wellness permission to charge your credit card on file in accordance with this policy. If the credit card on file is declined, payment will be due before next appointment begins. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the policies.
• If you should arrive late for your treatment, we will do our best to accommodate you without cutting into the next client’s treatment. If you are late and the full time could not be accommodated, you are still responsible for the full cost of the session.
• Professional licensed massage therapists are dedicated to providing a completely safe and enjoyable experience for our clients. The treatments provided are STRICTLY therapeutic and non-sexual. Any sexual comments or advances will result in immediate termination of the session.
• New Clients: Please fill out your health intake form before you arrive to ensure we do not cut into your scheduled treatment.
• Due to the nature of our business, Three Lotus Massage and Wellness does not offer refunds for services or gift cards.
• Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and FSA/HAS cards are gladly accepted.  We STRONGLY suggest checking with your provider before your appointment.  As coverage changes constantly.  Checks and insurance are not accepted at this time.  We not accept the Independent Health Extras card.
